Date: From 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. on March 11, 2023
Today's master of ceremony was a member of ours who likes to speak in rhyming words (it’s dajare for Japanese). Also, our grammarian, whose role it is to introduce today's word, taught us the expression “bottom line.” Unlike in our regular meetings, there were another two special sessions: "a good story of becoming our club president" and "a humorous story," which impressed us and made us all laugh.
[Table Topic Section]
The theme of the session of the day was about “memories of graduation ceremonies,” and each speaker assigned spoke about a song and a memory of the graduation ceremory at their respective university, to name but two.
[Prepared Speech Section]
There were four prepared speakers on the day, and they developed their speeches based on their personal experience(s), such as family and things that happened at the workplace, which were based on our Pathways textbook describing speech projects, information and tips about how to achieve projects.
[Best speakers of the day]
