[Meeting Report] 525th Musashi Kosugi Toastmasters Club Meeting
~Slogan "Be Musako Family"~
📅 Date & Time: May 9, 2026 (Sat) 14:00-16:00
📍 Location: Lifelong Learning Plaza (Musashi Kosugi)
The 525th Musashi Kosugi Toastmasters Club meeting was held!
This meeting was conducted in English. Under the familiar slogan "Be Musako Family," this meeting featured a special program including the important "Election of Next Club Officers," which will determine the future of the club.
The meeting started amicably with opening remarks and guest introductions from President TM K!
🗳️ First Session: Club Officer Elections
The first hour or so was dedicated to the election of next club officers.
Nomination speeches and candidate speeches were given for each position, including the President, Vice President of Education (VPE), Vice President of Membership (VPM), Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR), Secretary, Treasurer, and Meeting Officer (SAA).
The election was successfully completed, and the newly elected President delivered an Acceptance Speech, celebrating the club's new beginning!
🎩 Second Half Session: Role Introductions
After a break, the second half followed the usual English meeting program.
TM K served as the Toastmaster (MC) for today, and the following members supported the meeting in their respective roles:

• Grammar/Word of the Day: TM S
• Um Counter: TM S
🎙️ Preparatory Speech Session
This time, two speakers took the stage and delivered engaging English speeches!
TM I
• Title: "When do you feel real?"
• Project: Lv2 - Effective Body Language
TM N
• Title: "The Devil Wears Fur"
• Project: Engaging Humor Lv.2 - Know your sense of humor
📝 Review Session
Under the guidance of TM T, who provided overall reviews, a review session was held where members deepened their learning together.
The strengths of each speech and hints for further improvement were accurately conveyed.

🏆 Awards and Closing
Finally, the "Best Review Award" and "Best Speaker Award" were presented!
(Table Topics was suspended this time due to the election program.)
With the next officers decided, the Musashi Kosugi Toastmasters Club's unity has grown even stronger.
This time too, it was a fulfilling time filled with smiles and learning!

第525回 武蔵小杉トーストマスターズクラブの例会が開催されました！
今回は英語での例会です。おなじみのスローガン「Be Musako Family」のもと、今回はクラブの未来を決める大切な「次期役員選挙」を含む特別なプログラムで行われました。
TM Kの開会の辞とゲスト紹介で和やかにスタートです！
🗳️ 前半セッション：クラブ次期役員選挙（Club Officer Elections）
前半の約1時間は、次期クラブ役員を決める選挙が行われました。
会長をはじめ、教育副会長（VPE）、会員副会長（VPM）、広報副会長（VPPR）、書記、会計、会場係（SAA）の各役職について、推薦スピーチや候補者の演説が行われました。
無事に選挙が完了し、新しく選ばれた新会長による就任スピーチ（Acceptance Speech）も行われ、クラブの新たな門出を祝いました！
🎩 後半セッション：役割紹介
休憩を挟んだ後半は、通常の英語例会プログラムです。
本日のトーストマスター（司会）はTM Kが務め、以下のメンバーがそれぞれの役割で例会をサポートしました。

今回は2名のスピーカーが登壇し、魅力的な英語スピーチを披露してくれました！

📝 論評セッション
総合論評のTM Tの進行のもと、仲間同士で学びを深める論評セッションが行われました。
それぞれのスピーチの素晴らしい点や、さらに良くなるためのヒントが的確に伝えられました。

🏆 表彰・クロージング
最後に、本日の「ベスト論評賞」と「ベストスピーカー賞」の表彰が行われました！
（今回は選挙プログラムがあったため、テーブルトピックスはお休みでした）
次期役員も決定し、ますます結束が高まった武蔵小杉トーストマスターズクラブ。
今回も笑顔と学びに溢れた、充実した時間となりました！
