2025年6月28日、武蔵小杉トーストマスターズクラブの第504回例会が等々力スポーツ会館で開催されました。通常と異なる会場に、会員25名とゲスト4名（Bさん、Tさん、Cさん、Nさん）が集まり、活気ある例会となりました。

TMODはTM Kが担当し、温かく迎える雰囲気を作りました。

サポート役は以下の通り：

• 文法係：TM K

当日の言葉は「襷を繋ぐ（Tasuki wo Tsunagu）」で、チームワークと役員引き継ぎの象徴にぴったりでした。

テーブルトピックス

TTマスターのTM Tが初挑戦ながらも堂々と進行し、TT評価者はTM I。スピーカーはTM S、TM F、TM Y、ゲストCさん、TM Sと多彩で即興力を披露しました。

準備スピーチ

3本のスピーチが披露されました：

1. TM P – 「なぜムサコ」（クラブのユニークさを語る）

2. TM P – 「夢とは？」（夢の意味を探求）

3. TM K – 「今年の振り返り」 と 「始めるには」（学びと前進を語る）

論評セッション

総合論評はTM I、評価者はTM H、TM O、TM Yが務めました。

役員交代式

例会の最後には役員交代式が行われ、退任役員が感謝の言葉を述べました。IPP TM Kによる新役員就任式があり、新会長TM Kが新テーマ「Be Musako Family」を発表し、感動的な締めくくりとなりました。

2024-25年度の締めくくりにふさわしい、笑いと学びと絆の深まる例会でした。新しい一年も共に成長していきましょう！

On June 28, 2025, Musashikosugi Toastmasters Club held its 504th meeting at Todoroki Sports Hall, an unusual venue that welcomed 29 participants (25 members and 4 guests: Mr. B, Mr. T, Mr. C, and Mr. N). The lively meeting was led by TM K (TMOD), who created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Supporting roles were fulfilled by:

• Timer: TM O (first time!)

• Vote Counter: TM S

• Ah-Counter: TM S

• Grammarian: TM K

The Word of the Day was “襷を繋ぐ (Tasuki wo Tsunagu)”, meaning “passing the sash,” symbolising teamwork and the officer handover spirit.

Table Topics Session

TT Master TM T debuted confidently, with TM I as evaluator. Speakers included TM S, TM F, TM Y, guest Mr. C, and TM S, showcasing creativity and quick thinking.

Prepared Speeches

Three impactful speeches were delivered:

1. TM P – 「なぜムサコ」 emphasising Musako’s uniqueness

2. TM P – 「夢とは？」 exploring the meaning of dreams

3. TM K – Two speeches: 「今年の振り返り」 and 「始めるには」, reflecting on lessons learned and what to take forward.

Led by General Evaluator TM I, with evaluations by TM H, TM O, and TM Y.

Officer Handover Ceremony

The meeting concluded with the officer induction. Outgoing officers reflected on their term with gratitude. IPP TM K inducted the new team, and newly appointed President TM K delivered an inspiring speech introducing the club’s new theme: “Be Musako Family.”

This meeting marked a beautiful end to 2024-25, celebrating speeches, candid banter, and deepening bonds, with a renewed commitment to grow together in the coming year.
