📅 Meeting #513 Report (November 8th, 2025) ✨

Following the opening address by President TM K, the following program was conducted:

Call to Order: President Koga (or President TM K) opened the meeting.

Table Topics Session: The Master, TM F, led the session where members challenged themselves with impromptu speeches (Time limit: 1–2.5 minutes). Improvisation is exciting!

Prepared Speech Session: Five members delivered speeches according to their project levels and objectives (Time limit: 5–7 minutes).

1，Level 1, "Introduction to Vocal Variety and Body Language": TM S.

2，Contest Speech: Are they really bad? TM I.

3，Level 1, You are what you : TM S

4，Level 1, LiveForever TM N.

5，Level 4:While you still can TM J.

Evaluation Session 👂: Five Evaluators (TM P, TM O, TM K, TM S, TM H) provided constructive feedback for each of the prepared speeches (Time limit: 2–3.5 minutes).

Role Reports Post-Evaluation 📝: The Grammarian (TM O) and Ah Counter (TM T) reported on word usage and the use of filler words, deepening the learning experience.

General Evaluation: TM T shared the overall assessment of the meeting and highlighted key learning points.

Awards Presentation 🏆: Awards were presented to the best speakers/evaluators in the Table Topics, Prepared Speech, and Evaluation sessions.

TM K会長の開会の辞に続き、以下のプログラムが進行されました。

開会の辞：古賀会長（またはTM K会長）が開会の辞を述べました。

テーブルトピックスセッション：マスターのTM F氏の進行のもと、参加者は即興スピーチに挑戦しました（制限時間：1～2.5分）。即興は刺激的です！

準備スピーチセッション：5名のメンバーが、それぞれのプロジェクトのレベルと目標に沿ってスピーチを行いました（制限時間：5～7分）。

1、レベル1「声の多様性とボディランゲージ入門」：TM S

2、コンテストスピーチ：本当に下手？ TM I.

3、レベル1、あなたはあなたです：TM S

4、レベル1、永遠に生きる TM N.

5、レベル4：まだできるうちに TM J.

評価セッション👂：5名の評定者（TM P、TM O、TM K、TM S、TM H）が、準備されたスピーチそれぞれに対して建設的なフィードバックを提供しました（制限時間：2～3.5分）。

役割報告事後評価📝：文法担当者（TM O）とAh Counter（TM T）が、単語の使い方とつなぎ言葉の使い方について報告し、学習体験を深めました。

全体評価：TM Tが会議の全体的な評価を共有し、主要な学習ポイントを強調しました。

表彰式🏆：テーブルトピックス、準備スピーチ、評価セッションで優秀なスピーカー/評定者に賞が授与されました。
