第514回例会が開催されました！ 今回のテーマは "Be Musako Family!" 🏠✨ 活気に満ちた2時間となりました。
■ オープニング 🌅
定刻の14:00、TMK 会長による開会宣言で例会がスタート🏁 続いてゲスト紹介が行われ、クラブの今後について話し合うビジネスセッションが執り行われました。
■ 今日の役割・言葉 🤝
本日の例会を進行する「今日のトーストマスター（司会）」は TM B が務めました🎤 例会を支えるヘルパー役として、以下のメンバーが紹介されました。

また、文法係の TM S より「今日の言葉」が発表され、参加者はこの言葉を意識しながらスピーチに臨みました✨

本日は特別なプログラムとして、ゲストの ジェームス恐山 I様 による「怪談マジック」が披露されました🃏 不思議で少し怖い、独特の世界観に会場中が引き込まれました🔮
■ テーブルトピックス（即興スピーチ） ⚡
続いては、即興力が試されるテーブルトピックスのコーナーです。 TM I が司会を務め、指名されたメンバーがその場で出されたお題について1〜2分でスピーチを行いました🗣️ セッション後には TM Y による論評が行われました📝
■ 準備スピーチの部 🎙️
休憩を挟み、メインイベントである準備スピーチの部が行われました。本日は5名のスピーカーが登壇しました！

スピーチ終了後は、それぞれのスピーチに対するフィードバックを行う論評の部です。 総合論評を行う TM I の進行のもと、5名の論評者が各スピーカーの良かった点や改善点を伝えました✨

📝 [Event Report] 514th Musashi-Kosugi Toastmasters Club Regular Meeting

The 514th regular meeting was held! The theme was "Be Musako Family!" 🏠✨ It was a lively two hours.
■ Opening 🌅
The meeting kicked off at the scheduled time of 2:00 PM with an opening speech from the TMK president. 🏁 This was followed by guest introductions and a business session to discuss the club's future.
■ Today's Roles and Words 🤝
TM B served as "Today's Toastmaster" (host) for today's meeting. 🎤 The following members were introduced as supporters of the meeting.

Grammar Officer TM S also announced the "Word of the Day," encouraging participants to keep this in mind while giving their speeches. ✨
■ Special Session 🎩👻
Today's special program featured a "Ghost Story Magic" performance by guest James Osorezan I. 🃏 The entire audience was captivated by his mysterious, slightly spooky, and unique worldview. 🔮
■ Table Topics (Impromptu Speech) ⚡
Next up was the Table Topics segment, where participants' improvisation skills were put to the test. TM I served as moderator, and selected members gave one- to two-minute speeches on topics presented on the spot. 🗣️ TM Y provided a critique after the session. 📝

After a break, the main event, the prepared speech session, began. Five speakers took the stage today!

After the speeches, there will be a evaluation session where feedback will be given on each speech. Led by TM I, who conducted the overall evaluation, five evaluators shared each speaker's strengths and areas for improvement. ✨

At the end of the meeting, each helper (timer TM N, ah-counter TM T, grammar helper TM P) gave a report, and the overall evaluator TM I reflected on the entire meeting.
